Booking and payment will be accepted upon agreement.

You now have 30 minutes to execute this booking and payment, otherwise it will cancel automatically.

If you haven't already take a look at the room “availability” link that shows the whole season at a glance.

  • Select carefully from the drop down rates menu. Correct category of payment is your responsibility.
  • Each category of person staying in the room must match the original confirmed booking. You will be charged the difference, if for example a Guest Adult replaces a Guest Child or Guest spare, originally booked to stay in the room.
  • If you want exclusive use of a room, all beds must be booked and paid for. It is assumed that you will be sharing if a “spare bed” is not paid for.
  • Payment for any combination of Hotham Lift Company lift/lesson/hire discount packages must be made to Asgaard and include Asgaard accommodation.
  • Asgaard Lodge Managers have the right to move people into different rooms to maximise use of the Lodge

Determine the dates of your snow holiday by selecting either a midweek days (Sunday to Thursday) or weekend (Friday to Saturday) or a combination of both.

Rooms sleep either 3, 4 or 6 people. Abbreviations are as follow
US- upper single, LS- lower single, LD- lower double, UD- upper double

Beds marked in orange have been booked. Beds marked in grey are vacant. Beds currently being booked by others will show as yellow. To change your selection just tap on the beds highlighted in blue to remove the dates.

Once you have selected your dates click NEXT.

Enter your name and category; i.e. guest adult, guest child or guest spare for each of the beds selected. If you have selected a double bed you must enter two guest names or guest spare. The drop down menu will calculate the tariffs.

If you want exclusive use of a room ensuring privacy all of the beds must be paid for. After entering all details proceed to the next step. If you want to change the booking hit refresh or go back.

Enter your personal details, once all details are entered tap MAKE BOOKING and pay via Commonwealth Bank. Payment will be processed immediately.

For each stay at Asgaard, all Members & Guests will be issued with a room key. On departure day, if Members or Guests elect not to clean their room/kitchen/fridge space, a $35 fee can be paid to the Managers. Members & Guests will be charged $35 if the room key is not returned and/or their room/kitchen/fridge space has not been satisfactorily cleaned and left tidy as approved by the Lodge Managers/Booking Officer.

  • On arrival day Guests are not to enter the lodge until after 4 pm
  • Do not bring luggage and BYO supplies into the lodge until after 4pm
  • On departure day all guests must clean and vacate their bedrooms, not later than midday
  • All guests must depart the lodge latest by midday
  • The public toilet & shower facility will not be available for departing guests.
  • Fees apply for booking alterations and cancellations. Conditions apply
  • Alterations and cancellations must be made by calling the Lodge Manager/Booking Officer 0477 274 242 and also forwarding an email to bookings@asgaard.com.au.
  • Any alterations to booked dates will incur a $25 Club administration fee per change.
  • For bookings cancelled more than 21 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, a credit will be issued less a $50 Club administration fee
  • For bookings cancelled less than 21 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, no refund or credit will be issued unless all rooms of the lodge are occupied, in which case, a Club $50 administration fee will apply
  • "No show", your booking will be forfeited, no refund, no credit plus a $50 fee
  • Documentary evidence, such as Doctors Certificate, must be provided to the Asgaard Committee if the cancellation or alteration is due to an emergency or medical issue.
  • Asgaard Alpine Club does not issue accommodation refunds owing to poor weather or snow conditions

Asgaard is a convivial, family-orientated ski lodge. For most of us, it is our home away from home, especially during the winter season. It is a place to have fun, to enjoy the company of family and friends and to enjoy a relaxing family holiday.
We value our Membership, take care of our Lodge and are respectful of the rights of our fellow Members and Guests to enjoy their own time in the Lodge. For all Members and Guests, we recognise that we are responsible for our behaviour, for adherence to our Club Rules and values.

Treat the Lodge as you would your own home. Understand that we are all different. Be as tolerant of noise and excitement as you are of the occasional need for quiet and privacy for some.

  • We pride ourselves on being a family lodge and appreciate when young children are appropriately supervised
  • Rude, aggressive, intoxicated behaviour or offensive language will not be tolerated
  • Members and Guests are expected to adhere to: “if you mess it up, you clean it up”
  • Be responsible for the security of your personal property and respectful of the property of others
  • We ask that you alert the Managers of any concerns, illness, injury or safety hazard
  • IN ANY emergency YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF THE ASGAARD MANAGERS

To help protect everyone, we will follow any government mandated COVIDSafe guidelines that may apply at the time of your booking..

  • Asgaard takes the health and wellbeing of our Members, Guests and Managers and the Hotham community seriously and ask that you do the same
  • All Members and Guests must self-assess in advance of their booking and not enter our communal lodge if experiencing any Covid-19 or contagious flu like symptoms
  • We wish to assure our Members and Guests that if authorities announce an interruption of the ski season due to a coronavirus outbreak then your accommodation booking that applies at the time that we can’t be operational will be refunded less $50 admin fee
  • Asgaard Alpine Club will operate with a COVIDSafe plan in place
  • If you cancel a booking owing to a medical reason you will be required to provide supporting documentation such as a doctor’s certificate
